Morning oats with fruits, nuts and seeds

This breakfast is amazing! Actually, I eat this almost every day, but I vary with different fruits so it never gets boring. Besides that is this very easy to make and really nutritious! From now on you will enjoy your mornings even more because this breakfast will definitely give you all the energy you need for the day!


The ingredients for the base for 2 persons:

- 80 grams oats

- 200 ml of almond milk

- 2 tablespoons cinnamon

- 1 banana


The rest of the ingredients are 2 other different pieces of fruits, some nuts, seeds and coconut grater or flakes.


The variation:

2 different fruits (Apple, orange, pear, figs, khaki, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc)


Toppings:

Nuts & seeds & coconut flakes (almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, etc. & chia seed, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc. & coconut flakes)



Put the almond milk and 80 gram of oats in a pan and add the cinnamon. Heat it on low fire and don’t let it boil.



Cut the banana in pieces and do the same with the 2 other fruits you would like to add.

When the oats are warm, pour it into a bowl and add the sliced pieces of fruits, nuts, seeds and coconut flakes.
